Furthermore, all team members will be covered by a high-altitude specific sports insurance policy with a coverage of 800,000 RMB, offering comprehensive protection. In Kashgar, you will stay in a 5-star hotel standard room. Upon arrival at Base Camp (4300m), we will provide luxurious and comfortable double tents with complete living facilities. Accommodation at high-altitude camps (C1, C2, C3) will be relatively basic to adapt to the high-altitude environment. Regarding dining, all meals during the trip are included. Base Camp will offer a variety of meals to ensure a balanced diet. If you have special dietary needs (e.g., vegetarian, allergies), please inform us before departure, and we will do our best to accommodate them, ensuring you receive sufficient energy during the climb.

What are the transportation and meeting arrangements for the itinerary?

The meeting point for this trip is Kashgar, Xinjiang. You will need to arrange your own transportation to and from Kashgar. Upon arrival in Kashgar, we will provide pick-up service to the designated hotel and arrange your check-in. Transportation from Kashgar to Camp 204, and from Camp 204 to Muztagh Ata Base Camp (BC), will be uniformly arranged by our vehicles. After the trip, we will also provide airport drop-off service from your Kashgar hotel. Throughout the itinerary, we will ensure smooth transportation, allowing you to focus on your climb without worries.

If I participate alone, will there be any special arrangements?

We warmly welcome solo participants! Although the recommended group size is 4-8 people, we have extensive experience hosting solo climbers. You will have the opportunity to meet like-minded climbing partners from around the world. At Base Camp, you will stay in luxurious and comfortable double tents. If needed, we will try our best to arrange for you to share with a same-gender team member, or provide a single tent if conditions permit (which may involve an additional cost). The 1:1 or 1:2 guide ratio also ensures that solo climbers receive ample attention and support. Rest assured, you will not feel alone, and we will face the challenges together.

In extremely severe weather, decisions such as resting, waiting, or descending may be made, with all decisions prioritizing the safety of the team members. Additionally, some potential extra costs may arise: if you require supplemental oxygen, additional high-altitude assistance (1:1 assistant costs 4000 RMB, 1:2 assistant costs 2000 RMB per person), or wish to upgrade a double room to a single room. Personal expenses, shopping, extra hotel charges, and equipment rental or purchase costs are also at your own expense. Specifically, oxygen transportation and rental fees (6000 RMB/bottle for use, 2000 RMB/bottle for transport) and material transportation fees (BC-C1: 100 RMB/kg, C1-C2: 200 RMB/kg, C2-C3: 400 RMB/kg) will be incurred based on your actual usage.
