We do not offer personal equipment rental services, but we do provide communal equipment such as 150L duffel bags, tents, camp tents, egg crate sleeping pads, power banks, cooking utensils, etc. Please ensure your equipment is in good working order to cope with the unpredictable plateau weather.

The itinerary includes 4 nights in standard hotel rooms (Lhasa) and 7 nights in twin-sharing tents at high-altitude camps. Hotels offer complete facilities, and camp tents are comfortable and warm. For dining, we arrange meals at specialty restaurants in cities, and provide hearty breakfasts and dinners at high-altitude camps, with convenient packed lunches during the day. We prioritize fresh and nutritious ingredients to replenish energy needed for high-altitude activities. If you have vegetarian, allergy, or other special dietary requirements, please inform us in advance when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
