Your safety is our top priority. We provide professional guides and support staff with a high ratio of 1:4, ensuring every team member receives ample attention. All guides possess extensive experience in high-altitude outdoor trekking and professional first-aid knowledge. The itinerary includes public emergency equipment such as satellite phones (for emergency communication) and first-aid kits. All participants are covered by specialized outdoor sports accident insurance. In high-altitude areas, we strictly adhere to safety protocols and flexibly adjust the itinerary based on weather conditions and participants' physical well-being. In emergencies, we will activate our contingency plan to ensure your safe evacuation or timely assistance.

What personal equipment do I need to prepare? Is equipment rental available?

For your comfort and safety, we recommend preparing a layered clothing system suitable for high-altitude trekking (quick-drying base layers, fleece, waterproof and windproof jacket and pants), a warm down jacket, hiking boots (high-top and waterproof), trekking poles, a headlamp, sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen), personal toiletries, and any necessary personal medications.

We provide communal equipment such as 150L duffel bags (for luggage transport), tents, and sleeping pads. You will need to bring your own personal sleeping bag and backpack. Please note that we currently do not offer personal equipment rental services, so we advise you to prepare or purchase these items in advance. If you have any questions, your team leader will conduct a detailed check and provide guidance during the pre-trip briefing.

What are the accommodation and dining conditions like? Are there arrangements for special dietary needs?

Your itinerary includes 7 nights of accommodation. City hotels are comfortable standard, while mountain camps offer a professional tent camping experience. Tents and sleeping pads will be provided at the campsites, but you will need to bring your own sleeping bag.

Regarding meals, city dining will be arranged at local specialty restaurants where you can savor authentic cuisine. At the campsites, we provide hearty breakfasts and dinners, along with packed lunches to ensure you have ample energy during your treks.

If you have any special dietary requirements (such as vegetarian, allergies, etc.), please inform us in advance when you register. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, due to the logistical challenges of high-altitude regions, we may not be able to fulfill all personalized requests. We appreciate your understanding.

The best time for hiking in the Zhagana area is typically from May to October, when the weather is relatively stable and the scenery is beautiful.

*   **June to August** is summer, offering comfortable temperatures. However, this period can also experience the rainy season.
*   **September to October** is autumn, a spectacular time with vibrant colors, making it ideal for photography.

**Winter (November to April)** brings lower temperatures and potential snowfall, so it's generally not recommended for regular hiking.

Should you encounter adverse weather conditions during your trip (such as heavy snow, downpours, strong winds, etc.), your guide will prioritize safety and flexibly adjust the route or implement alternative plans based on the actual situation. In some cases, parts of the itinerary may even be canceled to ensure the safety of all participants. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with your guide's decisions.

If you prefer a private room, you can opt to pay the single supplement. Our group activities foster a friendly atmosphere, and our tour leaders actively encourage interaction and communication among participants, ensuring everyone feels included and enjoys the journey. Rest assured, you won't feel alone.

To ensure your travel plans proceed smoothly, we recommend booking as soon as your itinerary is confirmed. Regarding our cancellation and modification policy, cancellations made within a certain number of days before departure typically incur fees based on the timing of the cancellation. The specific terms will be fully disclosed at the time of booking, and we encourage you to review your booking agreement carefully. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, government policy changes, etc.) that prevent the trip from proceeding, we will work with you to adjust your itinerary or refund the relevant fees.
